Does anyone have any idea of how much money the Pokemon show is generating to Kide? Anyone have any idea how the licensing deals on the toys work? This stock might be great but its hard to bet on something that we don't know enough about.

My 9-year-old expert hasn't seen any KFC spots, doesn't know anyone who has, and thinks he would have known from HIS sources (which include every Nintendo-related publication and web site known to man) if such an ad campaign were currently ongoing.

Wanna hear what he thinks about interest rates and the global economy? [ggg]

There was a big story in Thursday's IBD about Nintendo, with a bit about Pokemon (expected sales of 1 million Game Boys by year-end) but mostly about the new Zelda game. It's late, so I'll write that up tomorrow unless IBD is available on the Net and someone else can put some or all of it up here (how does IBD feel about people reprinting their stories?).

BTW- KIDE volume is too low for reliable TA, but the new 10 to 10-1/2 range should become support for a new push of 1-2 points if it holds here for another day or two. Just my interpretation of the chart, with a confidence level of maybe 60-70%. FWIW. --Eric
