With ORCL - they are quite well partnered with ITWO. Baan - they are struggling to survive as many system integrators are dumping them. Not that they're difficult to work with - but as SIs build their focus, they tend to pick ORCL, PS and SAP. Don't know about PSFT's position in SCM. However, with SAP, they are quite desparate to grow here - and they are about 1-1.5 years behind i2. So, they just might acquire MANU to get a jump. However, this is totally speculative. According to i2 folks, they are eating MANU's lunch.
