Obviously Gomez has no clue on how internet commerce is done or they would not have said they taek the online brokers main web page loading speed etc into account as the requirement for how they work. Not that many CUSTOMERS spend any amount of time on any particular resource so they are pretty fast and works all the time. But something to evaluate them is on how long does it take the brokers to fill your order, how long does it take you to enter your order and what price you got on your executions should be the NUMBER ONE critria on evaluating the brokers. I have neve rhad a problem with ETrade or any other brokers MAIN WEB PAGE. But I have lost a ton of money on their executions, either by delaying my order for hours, not being able to even log onto my account, reversing orders days later, entering a market order which executed 30 minutes later etc etc etc. ETrade sucks!
