Ill agree all prayer should be thankful. I cannot see God interfering with natural law as the scripture promised. You can thank beg or whatever God wil not interfere. Now God can give you wisdom thru your mental process of how to accomplish but each of us must act on our own. I have used this process with amazing success and accomplished many things people unfamiliar with spiritual law call a miracle. I'm not speaking of the disability recovery as you may think but in overcoming many everyday things that people say just cannot be done. The Romans added much of their own jargon to the myths they copied so there is not logid to be deducted on all scripture as you conceive. Just don't toss out the baby with the bath water and continue to decide which is true or false.
