It will as NDX is fully invested, right now NDX moves depicts one small thing that big money is going into 100 stocks but they will soon start looking around above 400 the flight of RUT will be like you saw the one above 1500 on NDX and 1900 on composite and 1080 to 1130 move or above 9000 on smaller way in DOW, I tell you this is the best kind of move we are having DOW is showing restraint the global markets are taking three hikes affect as not very 'explosive' but little do they realise that the most underperforming part of the stock market is now perfroming and statements have just started going until end of the month as people realise that they have made good monies from underperformers for a change ...
