btw, if amat is such a good deal now, are you buying? ;-)
No...I added to LRCX with my cash for $10 rather than add to my AMAT position.

also, amat is a buy at $12 for me.

Yes. One of my better purchases.

Intel is getting pretty wild in the valuation department, eh? 8)
Definately profit taking level imho.... though I just hold for long term.

I buy these when very cheap and hold for the very long term. Sometimes they get over valued and sometimes they are under valued. If I like the business long term, then it doesn't matter too much to me unless I am looking to add shares.

Skeeter:<<if you or bob brinker predicted that amat's business would swirl with the tidy bowl man in the toilet while the stock rockets near 20% of ALL TIME HIGHS, more power to you. that is irrational and i believe it is being caused by pure supply and demand issues and that the price has disconnected from reality by any measure you want.>>

Hey Skeeter.... scoreboard, baby!

AMAT @38
INTC @112 7/8
NVLS @48 3/4
TER @34
KLAC @36 3/8
SPY @115 3/4
DOW @9056
S&P @1152
NASD @1919
RUT @394
UTEK 19 { O.K. I'll give you this one}

Final Score: Brinker 10 Skeeter Bug 1

Wow, what a rout! If this had been Little League they would have invoked the "mercy" rule to stop it. In boxing, headlines would have announced Brinker scores a knockout in the first round. In tennis, you would have lost in straight sets. In golf, you would have missed the cut. You remind me of those hapless Los Angeles Clippers in the NBA except they do not whine as much as you do when they lose. You were like Pee Wee Herman going up against Hollywood Hulk Hogan. Tom Thumb vs Paul Bunyan. All in all a pitiful effort.
