Skeeter, I enjoy your valuable input on this thread. I would guess you save something like 60 seconds per hour in time for admin. assistant. at $17/hour for an FTE with benefits, that's something like $600/per year. doesn't pay for a PII, but I would say 60 seconds per hour is too conservative. I'd also say that a nice desk doesn't save any time.. or a beautiful chair... but moral counts... been there done that. Take care of your people and they will take care of you. R
