AMD stock this time next year could be as high as $100-$200 .
Both technically and fundamentally AMD has never looked this strong .
Also in '96-'97 the rally took AMD from $10.25 to $48.50 in just over 6 months (almost 500% increase). If you were extrapolate the same percentage increase from the low this time around the high would be $60 . However this time AMD seems to have everything in place .
This could result in AMD being a stock to hold for the longer term ?

The comments on K7 being a 128 bit CPU make sense since the Alpha has a 128 bit data path and Dirk Meyer was one of the 2 main designers of that CPU ,
