Watch out for this one sports fans!! This company has 210 million outstanding shares, and 201 million shares in its float! ADGI did not produce any revenues for the third quarter and only $66,422 for the whole year. The company has lossed 2.2 million dollors for the 1st nine months of 98, and has assets of, $7,500 There is One employee and two officers. They say they can only survive for another 3 months.
