Fire him! He has given you bad advice. He now needs stock, why else would he ask you to sell it too him - imo. Good Luck. Look at a 5 year chart readrite almost every year will swing 100% on price.

More advice: Write a letter to his manager (and copy your broker) stating that your broker, personally, has recommended that you sell against better judgement of recent stock activity/performance; i.e., trend being up! ((Sounds like he could be churning his clients!))

Then take your account elsewhere.

Joined SI tonight so among other things I could answer you inquiry. Fire that guy, I use Olde too, will switch soon, because of bad advice.
