David, At this point the prior lows no longer apply or have any importance. The only low I see right now was the price at the time of the PP PR. All other DD done to this point only substantiates the position TSIG/CCI is in at this moment and where it will be in a few months. Actually we have all done the research to a point of being fairly certain of where TSIG will project to be by the end of the year and shortly beyond. The distant future is projection based upon the anticipated completion of the business plan as it now stands. I seriously advise you to read the DD available. Go back about 6 weeks and catch up with the rest of us. You will then be able to ask in a proper manner questions that still bother you. We do not want to teach you without you having put forth an effort. Study tonight and ask tomorrow or over the weekend. It may be the most profitable learning experience you have ever done.
