64 bit competition disappearing.

Say what? 64 bit competition is just getting underway with Alpha and the upcoming Merced.

Huge DASD sales as companies continue to gobble up storage.

Yeah, too bad the companies are buying from EMC and not SUNW.

Great low end offerings.

Yeah, and low margins too.

Java helping Sun gain mindshare everywhere.

Java is mostly hype. MSFT will deal with it.

Greenspan has one more rate cut in him yet this year and it will be timed to get us off and running into the Q1 boom.

Nope. Greenspan is done saving the markets for the year.

Lots of HW/SW still to be sold and installed for Y2K as well.

Nope. Already have been purchased. Maybe a few lingering purchases for Q1 of next year.
