Bloombergs article states how they restructured in part..below "There had been a cloud over the stock since late last year" said Co-Chairman George Harrison. He added that the West Columbia, South Carolina based company receives about 65% of its revenue from the video poker operations in the state. Harrison said the company has recently restructured and has improved profitability, and sales have increased. 3 quarter is expected to do .04 and next forth quarter they are expecting much more. Next year they are projecting .50 - I guess that's why they put the current players in place.
