Maybe we are expecting too much from CIST: "The Company believes it is a development stage enterprise because planned principal operations have not yet commenced. The Company's planned principal operations include the development of clinical and therapeutic products for distribution through pharmaceutical and diagnostic companies. This requires the approval of the Company's products by the Food and Drug Administration ("FDA")." Which has not happened!
