Dennis,

I tend to agree. Reading the DD available and also the thread for about the last 6 weeks should bring any interested party pretty much up to date. An evening of research is not much to do to get a yes or no feeling for TSIG. We have pretty well opened up TSIG like an open book. Go read the chapters. There might be a quiz.

Bob

Well if you ever come to a thread that I have done lots of DD on. You are welcome to ask some questions. I have done tuns of DD on PRWT. When that one starts to rock soon, come on over I'll get you up to speed. This hospitality must come from me being a New Yorker.

dennis1, without knowing the exact terms of conversion on the convertible debenture you are throwing darts in the dark IMO. If they are the typical, last resort convertible debenture financing package, one would expect a conversion at a discount to the market price at the time of conversion.Without set conversion floors, the dilution even on $2.5mm could be massive @.10/sh=25mm sh (without any discount) @.30/sh=8.33MM shares dilution, get my drift?
I would have expected the company to file with the SEC since this definitely materially effects your investment...
Sometimes the not so pleasant questions have to be asked, and certainly the answers disclosed by the company..IMHO DD
