"The 2,500,000 is tied to a future stock price not yet printed for us. It was to be 3-5
months. At that predetermined date the stock price will be divided into the amount
utilized to determine the number of shares given. If all is used and the stock is at 2.50
then we have 1 million dilution. If the stock is at 5.00 then 1/2 million." this sounds like a floorless debenture Seems like dennis1 is a real knowledgeable participant, perhaps he can elaborate on the details for us....DD
PS: what if the stock is at .10...IE. 25,000,000 shares on conversion?
