Ken - Good points. Q2 earnings are due 11/24, expected at .19 EPS, which is about 22% less than last year. But, as of Q1, orders were ahead of the prior quarter by 17%, so maybe we'll see a pop in revenue. It's either a merger or earnings that's driving the run up, either way, I'll take it.

I would hate to see a buy-out now. I expect NN to see US$50 in the next 12-18 months. Why would I want to give that up for a short term premium? I doubt that LU will appreciate that much over the same period of time. In fact, the 1-time charges from take overs would hold back earnings for quite a while after a major take-over.
