Ditch (if I may use the familiar, though we are not acquainted), You, too, do not know the particulars of the private placement. And let's be honest, you don't give a damn. You point out the worst possible scenarios. Lovely. We who are invested in this company are savvy to the worst situation, and really are not in need of your self-serving pedantics. But hey, post away. No doubt, you have a listener. TSIG is starting with 2.5, and, dollars to donuts, they never utilize the full $10 mil., unless advantageous to TSIG. It isn't always the lender who realizes the better of the loan. But, no doubt, you know this. As yet I'm unable to fathom your agenda, but I've no doubt it is self-serving. Off topic (that of self-aggrandizing), I was pleased with the support today, i.e., the return to yesterday's close, despite the apparent daytrading activity; says something to me. Weren't you, Ditch?
