reassurance

I've really enjoyed reading all the wonderful insight about Bid.com. I'm the first to admit I am wet behind the ears in internet stocks. I've spent all my life playing the mining stocks and have really been out of the market the past year or so after the mining stocks all took a bath.....and believe me, I shared the water with them losing a bundle. So, what do I do? I jump in to this BII, a tad late at 2.40 and saw it climb nicely today only to collapse below my entry price. What I'd like from all you seemingly knowledgeable people out there is some reassurance. I am in for another bath or does this puppy really have a shot at some nice returns. I really thought about pulling the trigger earlier today on the spiral but I shut my eyes and and looked away. You can appreciate the gun shy attitude after taking a bath after the Bre-X fiasco however I, like most of you all think this one's got a shot. Comments and any reassurance? What might the days ahead look like? Is this a normal pull back (I know it was expected but it looked steep) or is it a real bail-out? Long term prospects? Short term? May my buy price be too high? Did I go in to late? ARGH..!!! Good luck to all and I'd appreciate any insight.

Wow! one cent! LOL

>NEW YORK (CBS.MW) -- A late-day selloff burst the bubble on Internet stocks Thursday. Yet an encouraging quarterly report from Lycos after the market's close may give the sector renewed support.<<
