Jan, come on. A split may actually increase the shorted shares,because most brokers don't allow you to short less than 100 shares. Ice

You are right. I am not going to be too focused on the "float" and the increasing of the "float" for the short-term. It was one of the reason I missed the major part of the bull move in the past two weeks.
