MORE NEWS-UPDATE FROM JOHN ANDERSEN:
ENJOY!

TO ALL:
I have just gotten off the phone with Larry in GV. Things are going very well. There is currently a team of three auditors working on the financials and they will be completed on time for filing. Additionally Larry has discovered a way to pay off the liens on the equipment for a few hundred thousand dollars and will free up a few million in capital that will allow for additional millions in financing. He also has potential investors he is speaking with. Also he has one of the local geologists with him (sorry forgot his name, if you have spoken with Larry you understand, he is very energetic) discussing the mines and their potential (yes the channels too). Larry wants you to know his laptop has crashed and is unable to respond to emails at this time. I am attempting to resolve the problem and will be checking his mail and replying to inquiries later today.

Sterling...

Larry has in his corner the Top Law Firm in CA representing him (Kellog) and is offering a settlement of 1 million to Sterling for them to walk away without any liability. If they refuse a Lawsuit will be filed to recover the 7.5 million still owed plus an additional 92.5 million in damages. A total of 100 million.

My Credentials
I will be moving to Grass Valley next week (leaving Friday week) to set up as the new Internet Relations for BCMD. I will live in Grass valley so as to provide the shareholders with the best possible updates concerning progress. In the near future we will be compiling e mail addresses so we can send updates via email to subscribed shareholders. This will be available on the website soon. Also Larry intends on reopening the same offices on E Main ST. in Grass Valley.

So in a nut shell things a progressing very well right now. If you have additional question you can email me or post here. I will answer them with any information I have available. Larrys intentions are for this to be a very open company. This is not the BCMD we used to know. I will be joining SI soon so I can post information there as well. Thats all for now.
