Skyline declines comment on stock surge

NEW YORK, Nov 19 (Reuters) - Skyline Multimedia Entertainment Inc. said in a
release on Thursday it is unable to explain its stock's recent climb.

The company said that other than the announcement ofaggressive marketing strategies over the last two months, it is
unable to comment on the recent activity.

Syline's stock is up 9/16 to $1-1/4, from an opening price of $7/8.

In August, Skyline announced a co-marketing agreement with Infospace.com, an Internet portal or hub.

In October, Skyline announced a co-marketing agreement with New York Circle Lines Inc. as part of a campaign to
create a consortium of leading New York attractions.
