He was dead right about the "irrational exuberance" a couple years ago. But he couldn't stand the "heat" of that UNPOPULAR view. Because there is WAY more now than there was then but Greenspan is feeding it now. btw, did you see the wsj article about the fed governor who was scolded by a waiter or taxi driver (can't remember) for not lowering rates more. And he was EMBARASSED. He CHANGED HIS MIND because of that and voted to lower them. Now that's what we need in a Fed Govenor. A backbone.
