In answer to your questions

1. Is MAC arms-length.....

The best I can figure it, is to paraphrase a local Mongolia politician who described the sometimes very heated debates in Parliament. "Don't worry about things getting out of hand in parliament. It really is brothers against brothers.....they're all related to each other!"

It's as arms-length as anything can be.

2. TD Bank sale....

The bank has not expressed a position on this to us yet. We are talking to them.

3. Buy the interest.

Very complicated answer here, but the simple answer is we'd consider it if we felt it was good value for the shareholders. There may be a possibility of a better deal down the road. We'll look closely, and talk to some financial sources for their opinion. Any deal is likely to be non-recourse debt, so it would be the lender's comfort level of a rapid payback that best determines the price.

And Bearcatbob, go ahead..... I think you can do better than "with what" anyways.
