Charles, the market makers can short, can't they? How many market markers are there? Is it hard to become a market maker? Maybe Seth could fill you in.

Also, when money is to be made, what is the chance of something illegal being done?

How often do technically illegal things go on? When a big stock jumps right before the big news is released to the public because the CEO's talked to a few analysts privately first, don't you think that is illegal? That happens all the time and the SEC knows it. But nothing is done. Why? The SEC is a speck in a sea of corruption.

I don't see FTEL as a company to be taken seriously. I'm sure many feel the same way that I do after looking at their history.

I expect the quarter ended December 31st to have been a disappointing quarter from the perspective of revnues, earnings, and cash-burn, especially when compared to the previous quarter.

We'll see if I'm right.

FTEL: $ .82
