Jenna (or anyone else)....any view on VOCLF? Last week (11/11) they made an announcement that their products were to be compatible with CISCO components and it spiked up.

Today an Israeli newspaper (it's an Israeli company) ran a story saying that Cisco offered to buy them for about 130 mio USD - or roughly 11 USD per share. The article said they would like to get about 270 mio USD or 21 USD per share. Deutsche Telekom holds a significant stake in the company. This is all according to Bloomberg news.

The stock closed just off of the highs after a very strong day and I will be watching closely in the coming sessions. Has anyone else heard anything or know about the company and it's growth prospects, outside of being taken over by Cisco?
