Jim, that sound great (of course only letters of intent are involved, but assume they will finally convert to actual sale). Lets look at the numbers, the company is now valued at $75 MM. They own half a plant which is valued at roughly at $13 MM, so they have $6.5 MM give or take. To me that seems more then fair valuation (I am assuming only 150 MM shares, but who knows where that number is going to end up.) Of course the event is going to be spun as a great "opening" to the future, the question is, how do you build more plants and where will the roughly $13 MM per plant come from. Profit from half of the first plant? Zeev
