DELL, BEAS, ONSL, DRIV, WFMI, STRX,BNGO,NN,NT.. that is some list, yest I'm very bullish on STRX, NN, and DELL. BNGO.. was Sandie's contribution and I have no idea. NN was instrumental ime putting out a special earnings plays newsletter for 'beaten down companies' that just might go up since their low price already included the shortfall and the companies did go up. That led to my 'severely beaten down' companies list which has been wonderful for two months now.. All that because of NN..Although NN was on my list I did not get in today. I put it there basically because of its chart patterns which were excellent and the large amount of big blocks that went through on Wednesday. I do feel however that it is overbought but who can determine how long an overbought stock will continue to trend upward? I would not plan to hold this one long if I had it.. if you plan a long term hold you should really check out the fundamentals and prospects of this company going forward. Since it is not an earnings play but a watch list candidate it doesn't get the 'special fundamental' analysis I give the earnings plays. ONSL is one I like but again, would I want to put that in a long term portfolio? I doubt it. A company like CACOA, perhaps NMGC, TKLC, POWI yes but ONSL.. WFMI you must have at least 10 out of that already.. you must like it! DRIV is one of a group I found others in that group are METG, PPOD, COOL, IMAL, FORR and SE.. New stocks (for me at least) but I never expected DRIV to go up so much. If I had this one I'd sell also, because 30% is quite a lot even if you got in at 20 or 15%.. BEAS has been one of my favorites for about a year.. now it came in line with estimates but here again, I would probably have sold after a 6 point gain... But that doesn't preclude me entering it again in a week or a month etc. NT has had its earnings estimates lowered consistently from 0.85 to 0.83 to 0.73 and I think last time I looked 0.72. I expect they will have a better year and quarter next time. I've held it for about 10 years. I just got it from my parents in 1988 and its the only stock in my 'original' portfolio that didn't go through 10,000 metamorpheses since then.
