Larry,

I suffer much in my life, and I am not willing to suffer further here. As I stated the facts as I know them and reported them dutifully to you, you can have lunch with Edgar, and I hope that you have a good lunch, but I will not be dining there, so there, you know the truth. I will not meet you and Edgar for lunch.

Not Eating, Jack!!

Interesting article in Wall Street Journal this morning about Nevada Corporations, I understand that GPGI is Nevada registered. Nevada has very minimal reporting requirements for corporations, if GPGI is Nevada based maybe they mean that they are fully reporting according to Nevada requirements and not public listing standards as required by SEC. WSJ article points out what has happened to people who have invested in Nevada Corporations and discovered the downside of these minimal requirements. Any comments?

In response to your question, Global Platinum is a non reporting company.

We expect new financials to be out sometime in December. The auditor is still working on them.
