What DD? You have already stated that you didn't do any. You said you merely repeated what other posters were saying, without checking it out in any fashion. Don't you think "newsletters" should contain some news, and not just repeat rumors from pump and dumpers? Yes, you should be held responsible for things you post, especially when they involve hyping worthless stocks. No, you weren't the worst offender by far, but certainly one of them.
