<<<<Wake up--there was a news release today (I'm assuming this was not a re-release)>>>

Ummmmmm, Orwell, this is a re-release, and was first put to the market PRIOR to the opening YESTERDAY ...which by the way...happened to be at the bargain price of $2.08

Now since then, I would say the market ha been kinda enthusiastic, don't ya think? :)

Just the beginning!!!

Kevin

>>This PR was NOT on the Bid website, and it was labelled, "Not for distribution to U.S news wire services or dissemination into the U.S."<<

1)website is mostly read by US subscribers.
2) When you go for blue sky clearance (NASDAQ), it is imperative that you do NOT solicit buying. It WILL jeopardize your chances. Ask any first year securities lawyer.

>>What is going on here? Where is the regard for the shareholders? Stock merrily going along nicely at $2.80, then whammo, we get financing at $1.75, PLUS a quarter share purchase warrant???<<

1)If it does not bother AOL, Rogers and Torstar who are on the BOD and all large shareholders, it does not bother me...after all they would have to give their approval.

2) The money will be partially used for acquisitions. Have you seen what that does for internet stocks?

3) BID is the largest volume stock in Canada 5 days running. Shareholders seem to be doing fine. Give them another month.

>>Meanwhile the U.S. IPOs are going at a gizillion dollars higher.<<

This strategy is usually called positioning the right people...you know...the ones that are buying the daylights out of BII.

>>I think Bid is in Bed with the wrong people.<<

AOL is worth more that YHOO/AMZN/EBAY and ONSL combined. 38 billion.
