With so many of their Design Engineers leaving the company they are spread really thin. They have to ship defective processors or they'd ship nothing at all. The K6-3 is late, the K7 is slipping, all because talented people have to be shifted around to fill the holes left by all those who jumped ship. Or so the rumor goes.... EP
