Chad, my Kathy was not intended as a cheepshot, but the way she phrased her opinion, it would be interpreted to most without a legal background that the judge was commenting on the substance of Louis claims, rather than the applicibility in this case due to Loius's procedural bumbling. I don't know any details on the merits of his claim, and don't want to give the impression I have an opinion. Kathy at least discloses her tie to the folks at NPCT. Problem is she probably has gotten too close to be impartially objective. There were a lot of editorial comments in some of her other communications. Posts contain rhetoric that sounds more like a company spokesperson than objective analysis. Scott
