Slow Response Time... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'm sorry to say that I'm now spending more time on the Yahoo message boards because the response time is fast... Something has happened to the response time that I and other Netcom users are experiencing... I can't spend hours doing what used to take 30 minutes ten days ago... Unless you find yourself waiting and waiting and then hitting the stop button, and then starting the clicking all over again, you can't appreciate the frustration of trying to navigate around SI... I've been a member since 1995 and can't ever remember such consistent poor response time... If it continues, I'll have to assume that SI can't fix the problem that affects over 600,000 netcom users... Even if only 1% of them are SI subscribers, we're still talking 6000 or more SI subscribers... I administer the $$$$ 13's thread and the RECY thread, and participate in many popular investing threads... Aside from responding to my mail, it's now impossible to read the 100's of posts I would normally read and respond to them given the current very slow response time... If it continues I'll just give up coming back to SI and use Yahoo and Raging Bull more frequently, although I would still prefer using SI for my first choice... The ball is in SI's court... Jim
