TS, The form in question is an 8K to be filed shortly. Yes, I believe we (or at least most of us) are all aware of the "situation". This "pompous and arrogant" poster (me... as so described by a humble "gentleman" on this thread) has his own perspective (long-term long) and state it for each to mull over and decide for themselves: (1) TSIG needed a cash infusion: It got it. Whether it will need or use all of it is a question to be answered in the future. (2) TSIG got a "biggy" with NMF... signed, sealed, delivered and announced. (3) TSIG is about to close some major deals, IMO. (4) TSIG will, IMHO, release additional PRs on them very shortly. Guaranteed? I don't know! What's really guaranteed in life? But as I posted previously... Rob Gordon guaranteed a PR this week and he delivered. He said there would be a PR next week and a "blockbuster" PR the first week in December (that's in two weeks). Will he deliver? He hasn't lied yet (although the timing may not have always "pleased" us)... and, IMO, he isn't lying now. Be right... Sit tight!!! Best always, Marty
