Yes...that is how BII will try to get over 3.00US.That is what this trading is all about. The incentive for American brokers is that once listed...the company will receive much higher exposure to US analysts, who are scrambling to find the next winner...and winner BID is.

Does that mean that there is a long trade halt or does it mean that the company remains trading on the TSE after it announces it's move to Nasdaq and before it actually starts trading there.
