maybe you are confused jeffrey. you see aznt was granted restraining order & injunction against andy mann & all defendants named in suit. now aznt moves to extend this motion to dtc also. of 6 million shares at dtc only 1.8 are registered to dtc. 4 million is jboxford stock of andy mann the court ordered returned. freeze at dtc is stall tactic. also there is contempt of court. it appears defendants violated injunction by continuing to trade this stock. in essence 4 million shares are held hostage at dtc & aznt moves to extend injunction to include dtc so freeze will be lifted & legut shareholders can get delivery of there stock. andy mann must also show cause why stock he stold should not be returned. he is in default. he can not come into country without much risk & he has no lawyer last i hear. so this stolen stock is not registered to dtc. it is name of jboxford. extending injunction will lift freeze & get stock returned . andy mann can have trial this is true but not until stock is return to court unless he can show cause . as for sweet factory i am sure you know boiler room calls from 619 area code have ceased as is true with monsanto. do you know why? where is your good friend jj. maybe she can explain this to you now. as for vanderkelen janice simply lied. he never dump his 144 stock. it has never been transferred & legend never lifted. as for vander kelen solicting stock from wellrich? lolololol ! as for rest of your jibberish it is to stupid to respond to. spider
