I am not talking about the weather. I was returning from one of my trips recently and was standing in the taxi line. A couple was behind me and they started asking me questions about the area. Turns out they were from Orange County and there daughter was living is SF. They kept looking around like they were scared and the whole place gave them the creeps....and we were just in the taxi line. They kept saying they wanted their daughter to come home to Orange County. Some how I didn't get the feeling that diversity was their thing. It was pretty funny to me.

I remember the Mediterranean climate. Sigh. I used to have the four Mediterranean areas of Earth exactly described and circumscribed in my head. I thought I would move there. Again. Sigh. Sigh. But one is there, and another is The Mediterranean (trick question); and another was South Africa (looking good now); and I think the other was a portion of Australia, and they don't let you live there. You have a trump card. Grrrrr. I'm so jealous I'm angry. But I'll come to my senses. I'll still be WET when I do.
