stock was reg s. do you understand now? Sure. We all understand what Reg S stock is. Do you? Reg S deals are a WONDERFUL way to stab shareholders in the back. Why did Mike Sylver want to arrange one? If, of course he actually did want to. Why didn't he ever file an S-8 for this private placement?
