I could not tell if you were serious here. I expect not.

No doubt the timing and the 3:1 (vs. 2:1) were interesting. I also have no doubt that the
company's stock price is looked at as another strength to the management. Don't they
wield a little more power with their stock at $150 than at, say, $100?


Yes they do and it is much better for the insider sales which window remains open for about 10 more days.
