The tech data is running down slope with heavy volume, the owners are directing stock buy back not from the open market but from closely held partnerships, the income from continuing operation is growing, but in the low end of % growth for small companies and this with a background of last years losses. In small companies growth rates in the 60 to 100% + will grab some attention but even two I really like can't move up except on news while hitting these numbers (tiswf & qustw) If the price of coht does return to 1 1/8 it could be a net opportunity for 20.000 warrants at 1/32, similar to my dvidw buys, but without the high tech cashay it will be a buy on anticipation of quarter news and a sell on it. Another of the solid buys in this small and over looked company size is cade with 60% growth and 80 mill in back orders. There are so many other choices that coht has to fall to new old lows to catch my interest.

I also have quite a few shares of the COHT warrants. My optimism for getting to the exercise price is less than it was a few months ago, mostly because of the lack of trading. I'm still holding out hope though because management appears to be committed to the task. The recent buyback should give another boost to eps. With .40 to .50 eps in 1999 we still have a chance. I just wish there was more activity on the stock with the current market rise.
