Seems to me that the price of most stocks is based on perceptions and not fundamentals. The internet garbage continues to go to the moon with no solid earnings except for a select few companies and they are also grossly over valued. If the fund managers seek value then they will eventually look to this sector since it continues to consolidate and has proven earnings. Although the earnings are lower than prior quarters they are still solid. The drillers are not speculative internet momentum garbage. We will always need more oil and the present oversupply can't last forever. Its not a matter of if but when.
