Got this from Shawn Sept 29.. "Actually it seems that there has been a fiber optic cable cut that is affecting a large number of our customers ability to get quotes. thank you shawn" Seems that cables get cut quite often there! This time they say... "There was a fiber cable cut in Gurnee, IL that has effected internet access across the midwest. Paragon's Internet Service Providers primary and back-up lines where effected. Paragon's ability to collect data was not disturbed. Services have been fully restored. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please note we where unable to receive your email messages during the outage, so please resend them." Well at least it's back up! KS
