Well at least you know that if you hold until the deal closes, you get your $1.50 plus a shot at the lawsuit to boot. And no commissions in the meantime.

Dear Kevin, I don't think it is Webstreet Sec [don't know the outfit though.] Probably you have missed the window of opportunity. When the deal was announced, there were some arb. and squaring of positions. By the time you were trying to sell your shares, volumes were drying up. Unless there is new development, 1 3/8 to 1 7/16 seems to be the spread. Don't think the specialists are willing to take your shares for nothing.
