Hello Tom and Baghul,

I respect your analysis in regards to UBID, however, YOU CAN NOT USE ORDINARY VALUATIONS when you value these High flying internet stocks!

If you did, nobody would buy EBAY, AMZN, YHOO, AOL, INKT or any of the other internet wonders of Wall STREET! (which means you would miss out on 1000% returns)

Tom and Baghul, after you are finished with your (obviously extensive) numbers crunching, try to put some value on the human factor:

1. HOTTEST SECTOR
2. GREAT TIMING
3. LIQUIDITY (100 Billion $$ on the sideline waiting to be invested)
4. MOMENTUM BUYERS
5. GREED

These are all factors which CAN'T be gauged.

I know you two are doing your best to convince people on the thread that MALL is overvalued, but trust me guys, the anticipation alone will drive this stock up further!

You may have something, when you "short" MALL after the IPO comes out, but don't be too sure!

If you did you numbers crunching on the stocks I mentioned earlier, you would be BROKE shorting them - so, for your own sake - you may be better off finding another thread to convince!?

Que sera, sera, Tom and Baghul!

Good luck!

Rico

p.s. These day to day swings do not matter - this stock will fly once CNBC announces the IPO date!
