Ratan:
In case you haven't seen this.

===================================================
New ISPs enter the market!

Barely two weeks after the internet license was finalized, the Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has issued 19 internet licenses to private entrepreneurs.

The number is expected to rise to more than 50 over the next fortnight, DoT sources said.

Said a department official, 'Of the 32 applications we cleared, 19 have signed the licence to date. We have sent letters to the remaining (13 bidders); they should be signing the license next week.'
