Mike, I guess I shouldn't have said that it COULDN'T get to an artificially high price. Sorry about that. There certainly is that possibility. But I don't believe it will happen and will certainly be surprised if it did. But I didn't say I would be unhappy if it did. I'm in position to benefit from that. <g>

Actually I'm hoping that the Simster INCREASES his share total. If and when the dividend is authorized, he will be getting a nice $10 million tax-free paycheck from CREAF. I hope (and believe) that he will put at least half back into the stock. And I don't see him leaving anytime soon. CREAF is his baby. I think they'd have to drag him out kicking and screaming. I'll be gone before he is. But there is always the possibility of a buyout! <g>
