Come now Janice, what is the difference between their not responding to you and your not responding to the remarks about the missing JJ's Granted Motion to Compell and your 'procure and scan' fiasco? What's to respond to? We did indeed respond at the moment. JJ announced that the motion to compel arbitration had been granted. And? So what? We knew it had been requested. Now, presumably, another hearing date will be set, or WellRich will sue AZNT (along with so many others). What fiasco? The documents that were procured were available online, though for a short time only. They clearly proved that there was indeed an arbitration clause in WellRich's contract with AZNT, and that WellRich had indeed moved to compel arbitration. Further, the use of selected passages from the transcripts can be used effectively to 'prove' points not included in the scope of the full transcript. Actually, there's nothing in the transcript that makes Mike Sylver or AZNT look good. Believe me. But instead of whining, why not just get yourself a copy? WE do these things, you guys don't.
