SKYL...here is a stock with around 7,818 average trading volume, all of a sudden it hits 651,500 volume for the day. There is 500k float for the stock, with 1.68 mil outstanding. Only a measly 6k shares shorted. Company loses almost as much as total revenues each quarter, it's got a NEGATIVE book value, the company declines comment on stock surge from 11/16 to 1 1/4 which is a whopping 82%, there is NO improved financial outlook at all! So you draw the conclusion yourself.
