given that shva may have difficulty competing on their own, i think $9-10 would be a fair price. that takes into account their $3 cash. i don't object to the merger but the all cash "on the cheap" deal was not fair. in fact, if the deal had been a fair measure of intc stock (like zucko & co. will get), shva shareholders would have been able to share in the recent market rise for intc.

i hate to call in the sharks but this deal stinks and i'd rather scuttle it than let zucko bail out with a golden parachute while leaving all the common holders holding the bag.

I keep telling you guys 5 SHVA for 1 INTC.
This INTC deal has been like a boat anchor on SHVA during the recent tech rise. That's why I agreed to be a plaintiff along with two other shareholders. Our suit was filed yesterday. I believe there will be something for everyone in the suit. I hope it goes to trial quickly.
